These socks are officially called Kristi in the Sock Innovation book, but I always think of them as "hearts & harps" because that's what the motifs look like to me.
The yarn is Regia Silk, which I bought at a yarn shop closing-out years ago. If you're going to work with a silk/wool blend, you don't want to just make plain socks, hence the hearts & harps pattern.
