Revolution by OCAD, Toronto, Ontario (as photographed by me)
Toronto’s Beach neighbourhood holds an annual art exhibit & experience called Winter Stations. Every February-March people head down to Woodbine Beach to admire, interact with, and photograph the winning submissions.
This particular entry was part of the 2018 exhibit. I was really happy to manage to photograph it under blue skies on a bright day (but ohhh, the weather was so cold!). The conical shapes could be hand-rotated, so I had the luxury of adjusting them and trying different angles for the photo. To me they look like old-fashioned bullhorns, although I’ve never found out if that was the intent.
